Positive: Super gelegen. Moderne Ausstattung. Sehr sauber!
Negative: Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind etwas laut. Wer damit Probleme dar, sollte gleich nach der Hofseite fragen

Tiny but clean apartment, close to city center and to train station
Positive: It's good value for money, and with a location close to both city center and train station. It was clean, functional.
Negative: The windows of my apartment opened onto the busy street, this can be a problem if in the night you want to leave your windows open: it's noisy. Also, the blinds on the windows need repairing, I tried to raise/lower them at first and quickly stopped because they were stuck or half-broken already.
